What we collect
When you request an audit or subscribe, we collect the business information you provide (business name, website, city, category, email, phone). Our audit reports contain publicly observable information: AI model responses about businesses, and public business data (reviews counts, listings) from licensed data providers.
How we use it
To generate your reports, deliver the service, and send you service emails. We do not sell personal information. Payment processing is handled by Stripe; we never store card numbers.
Every marketing email we send includes a working unsubscribe link, honored immediately and permanently. To be removed from any list, email privacy@whoairecommends.com.
Data retention & deletion
Request deletion of your data anytime at the address above and we will remove it within 30 days.
